Outcomes of Brilliance.

B and GEN-b’s purpose fit with me entirely. I’m on a real mission to keep bettering myself both personally and professionally as a business developer.

I was seriously inspired after even the first initial discovery call with B. I really appreciated the safe space to open up and I feel much clearer on both my starting point and the vision and direction I am going in. You don’t just make me feel like I can do something, you evidence that I can, that I already have what it takes and that I can choose to exercise it. That’s the difference.

The brilliance learning sessions between coaching sessions have helped me form more control over what I know and what I’m naturally good at as a business development professional to put into action. You’ve really helped me reflect on what I want to achieve in my role helping me look at how I’ve got to where I am today and what I’ve been letting get in my way. It’s made me realise that there are tools and methods, even ways of thinking, which help me be a better version of myself, not only for me personally, but for my clients and my colleagues. We’ve only had 3 sessions now, but you give me the inspiration and logical way forward to progress my career (and my life!) in a sustainable way, that is right for me, so that I am in control of the path I want to take.

Barbara is currently collaborating with me on several projects, both with leadership and our wider team. Together, we’ve worked through scenarios, explored the psychology behind messages that need to be delivered, and reframed my thinking so I can address challenges head-on while staying true to my authentic self. She’s also helped me fast track a few decisions which has made life/business far easier.

Her support has been both thought-provoking and empowering, and I’m excited to continue working with her as I strive to be the very best version of myself and lead the business forward successfully.

Being in HR for most of my career and now a HR Consultant, I have always been interested in what makes me and others, tick.

Having done lots of psychometric tests before, including all of the standard ones you’d expect, Openmind took the insight to a whole deeper level.

I think my conscious mind answered what previous psychometric results had told me, but this seems to be not inline with my unconscious mind!

Doing the Openmind assessment and debriefing sessions with Barbara has been fascinating and has allowed me to take a good hard look at what my mind is actually saying overall, explicitly and implicitly, and decide how I want to tackle that.
